Trainee – Business Process Services (BPS)

Job Responsibilities:
Support various business process operations across multiple domains
Handle backend operations, customer service, and data processing tasks
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all assigned operations
Qualification:
3-year full-time graduates: B.Com, BA, BAF, BBI, BBA, BBM, BMS, B.Sc (2023, 2024 & 2025 batches)
Postgraduates: MA, M.Com (2024 & 2025 batch)
Only full-time courses are eligible (NIOS acceptable if other qualifications are full-time)
No backlogs allowed
Gap in education up to 24 months (with valid proof)
Age: 18 to 28 years
Skills:
Good communication skills
Basic computer proficiency
Customer service orientation
Ability to work in 24x7 rotational shifts
Salary:
Approx. ₹1.5 LPA – ₹2 LPA
